Many communities have properties sitting vacant due to a history (or perceived risk) of contamination. These “brownfield” sites can be excellent candidates for solar development, but they can also present unique challenges. This webinar, Siting Solar on Brownfields and Underutilized Lands, explores how these sites can be good options for solar developments that create economic value and benefit the surrounding community.
